Everwell for Life Everbiotics My Sample: 5 sticks – $6.83 value Full Size: 30 sticks – $40.99 I have been trying to incorporate more probiotics into my diet for a few months now, because I have noticed a major difference in my skin when I do. Typically I stick to yogurt and Dr Braggs Nutritional yeast, so it was a nice change of pace to have a yummy drink mix instead! This also has the added benefits of prebiotics, which my usual yogurt doesn't contain. This drink mix is a great way to support your immune system during cold season too! I love to just pour a packet into my water bottle, shake it up, and go! These are strawberry flavored and I really like drinking this after a meal instead of grabbing desert. I've been eating way too many sweets over the past year, so I'm sure my body appreciates substituting the candy for something with health benefits once in a while! My only complaint is that this mix is sweetened with Stevia, which I don't love the aftertaste of. I'm sure it's just because I'm a refined sugar addict, so I'm more used to the taste of traditional sugar!

Winter is a tough time for my feet. They’re constantly freezing, and dry as a bone. I knew I needed to be proactive this year and have all of the supplies I need to fend off my winter woes. In addition to foot scrubs and plenty of fluffy socks, a good foot lotion is a must, and that’s where Pink Peppermint comes in. 

More than just a moisturizer, Pink Peppermint contains some very smart ingredients that have many benefits on battered feet. The first function this foot lotion serves is to ease the pain of tired feet. Peppermint oil offers a cooling effect upon contact, but stimulates blood flow and warms up cold feet.. It even acts as a natural analgesic, relieving some pain from overworked feet. Peppermint and Spearmint are both refreshing and invigorating. Arnica infusion is a miracle ingredient when your feet have been overworked. it not only shares the same pain relieving property as peppermint, but also acts as an anti inflammatory and anti fungal, perfect for after the gym, or just being on your feet all day. And of course, a lotion isn’t a lotion without moisturizing ingredients. This one  contains beautifully light and hydrating almond butter to absorb easily into the skin, and silky and rich cocoa butter, and lanolin, to hydrate the most cracked winter feet.

I really love this lotion, everything from the bright pink color, to how smoothly it applies, and how fresh it smells. The beautiful sweet peppermint scent perks up both your feet and mind. While this is not the most hydrating lotion I’ve ever used (I do need to reapply before bed on really dry days) It quenches my dry skin and absorbs easily, without leaving a greasy layer behind.

I was intrigued by the charitable aspect of this hand cream, and I was on the hunt for a new lotion to keep on my desk at work. This little black pot is full of nourishing ingredients, and 100% of the proceeds go towards various grassroots organizations. This lotion contains moisturising ingredients such as olive oil, jojoba oil, aloe vera, shea butter and cocoa butter. This makes for a nourishing cream. I was a little unsure at first because it ends to be a little greasy if you put too much on, but overall it is very hydrating and it has a beautifully silky texture. I also find that the “greasiness” left behind feels more like a protective barrier against dehydration, which makes this a great cream for winter. 

When I smelled this lotion for the first time, I immediately thought of a little Italian bakery I pop into from time to time. I’m not sure how the geranium, rosewood, ylang ylang, and vanilla essential oils combine to create that doughy, sweet smell, but I swear it does. The scent is quite strong when you first apply the lotion, but after 15 minutes or so, it mellows out to a gentle sweet fragrance, pretty much undetectable unless you put your hands right up to your nose.

I love the creamy luxurious feel and the charitable aspect of this cream. This is the first lotion I have tried from Lush, and I’m really excited to see what else they have to offer!
